Certified in Holistic Nutrition & Health Coaching, Aromatherapy and specialization in Childhood Nutrition. Additional training in Non-Therapeutic Hypnotherapy, Intuitive Energy Healing & Spiritual Life Coaching.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner through the Canadian Association for Integrative Nutrition (CAIN), with certifications in holistic nutrition & health coaching, aromatherapy and specializing in childhood nutrition including pre/post natal nutrition.

My work focuses on supporting women who feel burnt out, overstimulated, and disconnected especially those navigating caregiving, demanding careers, or major life transitions. I offer gentle, personalized care for nervous system dysregulation, hormonal shifts, mood changes, and emotional fatigue, anchored in education, lifestyle guidance, and real-life support.

I also work with families through caregiver-led nutrition guidance in areas such as picky eating, digestion, emotional regulation, and ADHD-related challenges in children at home and in learning environments.

Becoming a mother at a young age, while navigating my own relationship with food, self-worth, grief, and emotional overwhelm, shaped the lens through which I approach this work. These lived experiences taught me how complex wellness can be and how deeply we need safe, shame-free support to find our way back to ourselves.

I take an integrative, whole-person approach that centres the client as the expert in their own life. Through nutrition education, habit-building, and emotional support, I aim to empower women and families with practical tools and compassionate care that honours their individuality. My work is rooted in sustainability small, realistic shifts that support long-term wellbeing.

For those drawn to deeper inner exploration, I also hold additional training in non-therapeutic hypnotherapy (specializing in past-life and inter-life regression), intuitive energy healing, and spiritual life coaching. These optional modalities offer space to explore emotional patterns, self-awareness, and energetic alignment all within a grounded, supportive container.

Clients can expect a calm, collaborative experience that respects their pace, voice, and goals. Whether you’re rebuilding after burnout, navigating hormonal or emotional shifts, or looking to support your child’s wellbeing you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and wholehearted support.
