Stephanie | Student Intern

As a dedicated student psychotherapist at Atlas Therapy in Windsor, I specialize in supporting children (10+), teens and young adults as they navigate the complex landscape of mental health in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and relationships. My therapeutic journey is driven by a profound commitment to helping individuals uncover their inner strength and resilience.

My approach is deeply collaborative and adaptive, blending the insights of psychodynamic theory with the warmth of person-centred care. I believe that every individual holds the key to their own healing, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your
experiences, emotions, and potential. Together, we’ll work to explore the roots of your current challenges, develop meaningful coping strategies, build secure and healthy emotional attachments, and find purpose and meaning in your personal experiences.

Drawing from both professional training and personal experience, I offer a trauma-informed perspective that recognizes the unique challenges of anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I’m particularly passionate about helping young people understand themselves more deeply, transforming life’s difficulties into opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

Whether you’re struggling with life transitions, emotional pain, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, and professional expertise. My goal is to empower you to create positive change and build a more fulfilling life. Let’s begin your journey of self-discovery and healing
