Lindsay | Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) recognized by the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario, I specialize in supporting individuals and couples facing a spectrum of challenges, including trauma, complex grief, emotional abuse, relationship issues, perinatal and postpartum issues, relationship difficulties, and complex family dynamics. I provide a compassionate ear and serve as a guiding companion on your journey through life’s complexities.

With a decade of marriage and the experience of raising small children, I understand firsthand the ups and downs of life. Counselling played a pivotal role in my own healing journey, motivating me to extend that support to others.

My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Music Therapy from the University of Windsor, as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I deeply believe in the transformative power of words; they hold the potential to encapsulate profound narratives. If you resonate with feelings of loneliness, uncertainty, fear, stress, doubt or shame, know that I am here to assist you in finding hope and forging a new perspective on life.

If you’re ready to embrace positive change and embark on a journey toward hope, take the first step by reaching out. Schedule a session with me today, and together, let’s initiate the process of transformation.
