I believe that every person deserves a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space where they feel truly heard and supported. My top priority as a counsellor is to foster that sense of safety, ensuring that you feel seen and valued as we navigate your journey together. I work specifically with trauma, co-dependency, anxiety, depression, self-sabotaging and self-harming behaviours, difficult relationships, relapse management and harm reduction.
In our sessions, I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and mindfulness to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels meaningful to you. My practice is trauma-informed, strength-based, and deeply rooted in empathy, recognizing that every individual’s path is unique.
For me, counselling is more than just a profession—it’s a privilege.
